ESOM provides a structured approach to help you ensure that all your employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to make your facility a success. The training program is designed to identify the training required so that site personnel obtain and maintain knowledge & required skills to safely perform their jobs. This program contains guidelines for identifying the key requirements for recruitment of employees, guidelines for identification of training needs, guidelines for implementation of training and associated maintenance of training needs.
